Myq app says misaligned sensors.

I was able to get it hooked up to the myQ app so I could understand the diagnostics and it says the sensors are misaligned. However, both sensor lights are solid and not flashing. Even when I make adjustments it does not work. When I begin the programming it won’t let me do anything. The motor doesn’t even start up.
